Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information AINexForge collects, why, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Account details: name, email address, and profile data from Google or ORCID if you sign in with them.
• Your content: LaTeX source files, uploaded assets, project names and compilation logs.
• Billing records: plan, amount and payment status. Card and bank details are handled by Razorpay and never stored by us.
• Feedback you choose to send us.

How we use it

• To run your workspace: save, compile and preview your documents.
• To answer AI assistant requests. The text you send is passed to our AI providers (Google Gemini, with Mistral as a backup) only to generate the reply.
• To manage plans, usage limits and payments.
• To improve the product based on feedback.

Storage and security

Data is stored on secured cloud infrastructure with access rules that allow only you to read your own projects, files and billing records.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the service providers needed to run AINexForge (hosting, LaTeX compilation, AI providers and Razorpay), or when required by law.

Your choices

• Export your projects as ZIP files at any time.
• Delete projects from your dashboard.
• Request account deletion or a copy of your data by contacting us.
